Terms
The short version: be decent with your crew’s data, pay for the seats that run the show, and we’ll keep the lights on.
The service
ShowBook HQ is a tool for planning and running productions: crew rosters, schedules, checklists, and notifications. It is operated by Crave Tech. During the beta, features may change, and the service is provided as-is while we harden it with early teams.
Your account
You sign in with a one time email code, so keep access to your inbox secure, because it is your key. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the crew data you add. Add people to rosters only when you have a legitimate production reason to share their contact details with the event team.
Your data
Your event data belongs to you and your team. We host and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export rosters and schedules at any time, and you can ask for your data to be deleted.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is limited to a single one-day event with a small team. Paid plans are billed per Admin or Manager seat, monthly. Crew members are never billed. Prices are listed on the pricing page; we will give account holders notice before any price change affects them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ShowBook HQ to spam people, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to break the service or access another team’s events. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but live events are unforgiving and software is software. ShowBook HQ is not liable for indirect damages such as a missed call time or a show that goes sideways. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes and contact
