How seats work

A paid seat is an Admin or a Manager, someone who builds the event, edits the schedule, and runs the team. Crew members are never a seat: they see their schedule, work their checklists, and get their alerts at no charge, on every plan. Upgrade or downgrade any time; seats are counted monthly.
